Your antique shell pitcher is beautiful Liddy, and the simple white calla lilies are perfect to dress it up but not take away from it’s charm. The loose shells on the counter are the perfect touch! Enjoy your vacay!

So French, so sweet, so simple, so coastal and so lovely! When I saw the photo of your lake house I felt so at home because we have the same look and layout at our coast house which is on a river but not far from the beach. Beautifully Simple Floral, Lidy. I love the quote by Robert Wyland in your post. Although not living near the ocean, I do love the addition of shells, especially in summer. I always keep 2 beautiful conchs inside my shower on a shelf for morning inspiration year round. Shells are scattered throughout the house from seaside adventures.
