Rare Antique French Enamelware Water Can, in an exceptional large size, with a hand painted floral bouquet on both front and back. Such a thrilling find, this beautiful large can is enameled a soft deep cream color with pink, light lue, green, brown and gold painted flowers and leaves. The biggest piece of antique French enamelware we’ve ever found, sure to be the star of your collection!

This has been used, it is over 120 years old, and show wear, patina and the grace of time.  There are chips as shown to the rims, the handle, the top finial and the spout, the gilt striping has worn off in spots, but none to the all important artist’s painting of flowers has chips or damage. A stunner!
