BLT’s have been my go to this Summer but your bruschetta sounds delicious and doesn’t require cooking the bacon. We planted a heirloom tomato vine this year and it’s been a heavy producer but must of all its delicious. I can have the bruschetta all year long but the BLT with the heirloom will only last through the Summer. Thank you.

Alice, oh my, there is nothing as delicious than a home grown tomato, especially heirlooms! I hope you love this take on the classic bruschetta, the sweet little cherry tomatoes come in all colors, our market even has small heirlooms!
