Oh so much loveliness for our eyes to take in! It is just beautiful, Lidy! You and your friends always provide such beautiful Monday Morning blooms, and it is such a wonderful way to start our week! Thank you!

In between my first marriage and my second marriage I was single for twenty years and learned how to “play” in my home and garden. Breakfast in bed was one way of treating myself on Sunday mornings, or taking breakfast on the patio in the warmer months and just listening to the birds or enjoying my hard work in the garden. Your tea table is exquisite , mine was much simpler but always there were flowers.

What a pretty tabletop, Miss Lidy!

Thank you for joining us today Rita, and you are so sweet. It’s a fun, colorful garden table, isn’t it? There are times that I think I should go “clean lined” but then I remember who I really am!

Thank you so much Sandra, for joining us today. I hope you have a wonderful week too!xo

Mary, thank you so much for joining me today! Those lemon shortbread cookies are so good…they are from the regular market, they are called Signature Select. They look like buttons but are lemon slices. Hope your Monday was perfectly wonderful!

So happy you could join us today, Denise. I hope your Monday was glorious!
July 06, 2020
Elaine, I’m so happy to hear that you are enjoying tea from your beautiful tea pots every day! A collection of tea pots makes me happy too.

Hi Jenna, thank you so much for your visit, friend. I wish you really could be here at my little table, we’d have such a great time.
July 06, 2020
Oh, that makes me happy Becky! I hope you will sit there and enjoy your garden and hear the birds sing.

Denise, thank you so much, I love the purples on this table. The purple transfer ware is much more rare to find, we had some for sale but it sold immediately.

S T U N N I N G ! ! ! I love the beauty and splendor of your garden tea. I am not familiar with the rose of Sharon, very pretty. I am totally in love with the lavender transfer ware, you don’t come across it my area. Such a lovely post, thank you Lidy.

I feel inspired to set a beautiful table on my patio, amongst my flowers, after seeing your inviting scene! So lovely! Thank you, for sharing!
July 06, 2020
What a gorgeous spot and tea table Lidy, it could not be any more inviting or prettier! The canape of roses is just breathtaking and your beautiful table cloth blends so well. The pink and white flowers are beautiful, I could linger here all afternoon!
July 06, 2020
so beautiful, I have been using my teapots now. I have tea everyday for my IBS.
I collect teapots and it has been a great pleasure to use them.

Lidy ~ Love it – love it – love it! Every aspect is captivating and inspiring. The
pink hydrangea seems to set the stage for all the plum highlights. An oh,
the lemon shortbread treats that look like buttons (unique) Are they available
commercially, if one chooses not to bake in this sultry weather? If so, where
please? The centerpiece just sings “Garden in Bloom” All so elegant and
inviting…

Lidy, such a lovely setting. It would be an honor to enjoy tea with you, in your beautiful garden.
Have a wonderful week.

Wow, Lidy, this garden scene transports me! It is absolutely stunning with the lavender Charlotte plates, the linens, the chartreuse leopard pillow, and the pale yellow of the shortbread cookies. This really hits all the high notes for my senses, and the floral arrangement together with the Rose of Sharon is just perfect. Wow! I had to look twice to see the rich purple beneath the floral cloth. I don’t have enough superlatives for this. Thank you for sharing your beauty!

Lidy, this setting is truly magazine worthy! I would love to share tea and shortbread in your lovely garden. Your hydrangeas are gorgeous and the Rose of Sharon is the icing on the cake! We have several behind our picnic area, and they never disappoint with their blooms. I adore the Charlotte plates, their color is stunning! It is always a delight to share Monday Morning Blooms with you my friend. Have a beauty-filled day!
Pam xoxo

Beautiful table as always. I envy your collections of China.

What a pleasure to view your delightful garden and your beautiful tea table this morning. So many gorgeous details. I am enchanted.
I am particularly fond of the Charlotte pattern by Clarence Cliff. Your vintage fabric is very beautiful.
Pinning away.

Tea in your garden is better than tea at a 5 Star resort…so very, very lovely, or loverly. I am imagining gracious ladies and gentlemen with their hats and gloves sitting at your beautifully adorned table enjoying their treats and the beauty of your gardens. How wonderful to be able to pick the flowers from your garden and create such beautiful vases of sheer delight. Oh and those Charlotte transferware plates…one of my favorites! I so enjoy vicariously sitting in your garden having tea with you!!…Spending MMB Mondays with my flower loving friends is a sheer delight for me! Have a great day Lidy!
July 06, 2020
I can’t think of a more beautiful spot for tea! Your garden is incredible. Wishing you a wonderful start to your week, Lidy!

Lidy, What a treat it would be to join you in the garden for tea. . . your sunkissed table, gorgeous hydrangeas, Rose of Sharon and beautiful tablecloth with your vintage floral fabric is all magazine-worthy! Charlotte Clarice Cliff is a favorite pattern of mine and I love the purple coloration. Thank you for creating another the beautiful graphic, I’m honored you think my photo is worthy. :) As always it’s a treat to join you in the garden and for some flower therapy. Happy Monday! <3
