Celebrating the 4th of July
Celebrating the 4th of July will be different this year. Smaller. Quieter. But we're celebrating the red, white and blue none-the-less!
Today I'm sharing some of my favorite 4th of July inspirations with you. These are perfect for a smaller celebration at home. I hope you love them!
First, this FLOWER ARRANGEMENT from a few years ago. It's perfect for a smaller celebration.
You can cut some flowers from your garden. Or a neighbor's {ask first!!}, and arrange the blooms in a watering can, perhaps a French jar. It will add plenty of cheer!
Next, my friend Lisa of Delicious Table made this amazing ICE CREAM CAKE this year!

Another dear friend, PAM, shares the most beautiful and inspiring table settings. Her PATRIOTIC TABLE SCAPE is one to copy! {It's ok. she said so!}
I love the way my friend SHIRLEY decorated with the red, white and blue! She has a knack of combining patterns in her table settings that you will love. Her 4th of JULY FLOWER ARRANGEMENT is a beautiful floral to copy at home.
I hope you celebrate the Red, White and Blue in style this year. Even if it's not with a big crowd, we have a lot to celebrate in our country.
I will be setting a table like THIS FRENCH PICNIC one in the back garden. Most likely for the two of us here at FrenchGardenHouse. Perhaps with another couple, each of us socially distanced at one end of the long table.
Not just for the 4th, red white and blue is a fresh color scheme for summer. They are patriotic colors, not just for the USA, but also the French!
