This glorious Antique French Santo's Crown, or Crown of Mary dates from the mid 19th century and was used to adorn a devotional statue, most certainly of the Virgin Mary. It is created from a stunning crystals in many colors set in an ornate and intricate gilded metal framework.
Brilliant and sparkling, this small size is quite rare to find. A fabulous addition to your collection of religious crowns, a stunning example of religious decorative art from 19th century France. The crown was made open in the back so that it can fit several sizes.
