A rare and authentic early Antique Country Cricket Stool with its original deep green paint, distressed by time to reveal the rich character only true age can impart. Dating to the 1901, this stool is a beautiful relic of the past—unrestored, unrefined, and so charming. It has a rectangular top and stepped, architectural base, this was handmade for Miss Cornelia Arnold, it has her name, NY and the 1901 date on the underside. She must have used it in her country cottage, it’s perfect as a decorative accent, riser, or footstool.
