Antique French Fabric and Metallic Gold Lace Small Jewelry Box, with a little fabric covered domed top like a little trunk. Little fabric boxes like this have been made in France for a few centuries, this one has a pretty floral fabric cover, and is embellished with gold metallic lace all around. The padded interior of the box is lined in pale green-blue floral fabric, to carefully hold your sweetest treasures.
The box captures all the romance of Belle Époque France. Collectors love these fabric covered boxes, this smaller one is more rare to find in this condition. The bottom is made of red velvet, there is aging and everything you want to see on an authentic antique French fabric covered box. The inside fabric has a few dark spots as shown. This beauty will keep your favorite jewels safe in French classic chic style.
