Fabulous Antique English Claw Bowled Silver Ice or Sugar Tongs, with a stunning decorative Aesthetic design, made by Sheffield firm James Deakin & Sons in the late 1800's. Beautiful detail, the exotic floral and leaf pattern was a true favorite with the Victorians who delighted in the Orient, and everything with an oriental flair.
Outstanding ornate claws at the very end, this collectible set of tongs will be the favorite of your collection. Warm original finish, with a glow only antique silver has.
