Antique Ironstone Pink Roses Give Us This Day Our Daily Bread Tray with Gilt dates to the 1800’s. From a pristine collection, this platter would have proudly displayed home baked bread almost daily. The biblical reference motto that is found on Victorian breadboards and plates “Give Us This Day Our Daily Bread” is molded on the two sides in gothic lettering.
This gorgeous tray was hand painted with two rose bouquets and little garden flowers. It is in remarkable condition for its age. Heirloom of family meals and laughter around the table, trays like this with the hand painted gold were the most costly.
