Fabulous Antique Metal Bound Oak Bucket with Dark Brown Patina, a beauty! Created at the end of the 1800’s, this oak bucket features a wooden slightly tapering structure strengthened with horizontal metal braces. The front has a hand painted with ’14 P K.
In very wonderful antique condition, buckets like this were used for all sorts of things. For collecting peat for feul, for picking berries, and to hold dry goods in cellars.
