Lidy, I love scones and these look amazing!!!! Thanks for the recipe…raspberries are my favorite too!

Lidy, These look scrumptious. Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 GF flour should work well. A tip for you and your readers, put the flour in a paper sack, fold the top of the bag down twice, hold on tight and then shake it good! It will fluff up and make a lighter scone. :)

Alice, I have to be gluten free too. I’m going to make these with one of the wonderful gluten free flours, I think there is one called “one to one” that is supposed to work just as well as regular flour.
Let’s try it! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Oh, sorry Ginger! I know, I know, but one or three at holiday time can sneak by, non?
These just look so good, my plan is to make, freeze and only bake when our whole family is here for the holidays,
that way I’ll be too busy to eat many.

I hope you and your readers have a wonderful holiday season and take time out for a sweet treat with friends and family! I am baking a few of these today from the freezer, and serving them to guests! Happy Holidays! Lisa Torres

Oh Lidy, you little temptress! Just when I’m buckling down on my low carb diet. Those look to die for! I can resist anything but temptation! (Oscar Wilde said it first). Enjoy several for me!

I always make my scones and freeze what I will not need for my tea’s. I can always pull out some from the freezer when an unexpected friend shows up. This is the best way to have two or three miniature scones for a tea. Guest think you worked for hours the day of the tea.

I’m sorry but I cannot get the recipe for the White Chocolate Raspberry Scones.
Can you help me?
December 10, 2016
Oh if only. I’m gluten free so will have to make these with gluten free flour however gluten free flour does’t hold together that well. Maybe I’ll try them anyway as they are the perfect thing to have at the ready for guest. Thanks for sharing.
