A beautiful coffee pot can turn an everyday table into an occasion. This antique silver-plated pot has an elegant Rococo-inspired form, with a generously lobed body, graceful curves, and a dark painted wood handle and finial. The silver catches the light beautifully, while the dark accents give it an warmth and contrast.

Made by Gerhardi & Co. of Lüdenscheid, Germany, and marked with model number 1571 on the underside, this coffee pot dates to around 1900. Set it on a silver tray for morning coffee, bring it out when friends gather, or let it add a touch of European history to your dining room. The coffee pot is in beautiful condition, with the silver-plated surface beautifully preserved. The painted wood handle has some gentle wear to its original finish, with areas that have been touched up over time.

Gerhardi & Co. was a respected manufacturer of silver-plated tableware in Lüdenscheid, Germany, during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
