Exceptional Antique Set of Hand Embroidered Napkins with Coronet and Monogram and Lace edges. A testament to the lost art of the aristocratic trousseau, this magnificent set of six antique dinner napkins evokes the splendor of the Belle Époque. Made of the finest, luminous white linen, each napkin is a masterpiece of handwork, designed for a noble household with discerning taste. The set is distinguished by its remarkable double embroidery. One corner features a bold, scrolling monogram embroidered in a rich raspberry-red thread, rendered in meticulous satin stitch. Above the monogram sits a beautifully articulated coronet, signifying noble rank, likely that of a Count or Marquis.

A second corner of each napkin is adorned with a delicate and artfully rendered floral bouquet, showcasing the embroiderer's skill and adding a touch of softness to the formal design.
