Antique 19th Century Oil Painting Pink & Lavender Roses Still Life

Stunning 19th Century Estate Oil Painting of a lush arrangement of Pink Roses, painted in the mid to late 1800's. Gorgeous colors of pink, lavender and purple, {rare to find purple colors}, the flowers are in full bloom, each petal captured unfurling. Painted on board with oils, in the style of Paul de Longpre or Catherine Klein so beloved by the Victorians, signed by the artist.

A wonderful collectible size, framed in the original gilt gesso over wood frame. Shabby and chippy, there are areas of loss on the edge of the frame as shown in the photographs. An exceptional decorative addition to your collection of antique floral paintings.
