Beautiful 19th Century Old Paris Porcelain Pink Hand Painted Floral Compotier or Compote from the early 19th century. Old Paris, or Vieux Paris porcelain with bright pink accent borders and gilt details and striping embellish the stunning hand painted center flower design. Used on every elegant table to present fruits in season. These days it makes a beautiful presentation for small desserts after dinner or on your tea table.
The footed compote is in good condition for its age, there are two very small old repairs to the very outer edge of rim as shown, and one small fissure, priced accordingly. Some wear to the gilt rim as to be expected. A sterling addition to your collection of Sevres and Old Paris porcelain collection.
