Vintage Aynsley Tulip Pink & Yellow Tea Cup and Saucer Set made by Royal Aynsley in England in the 1930’s. This exquisite teacup and saucer set has a luscious Rose Pink background, decorated with gorgeous gold filigree patterns, and hand painted gilt trim. The footed teacup is beautifully decorated inside with lovely gold filigree, and an exceptional flower bouquet featuring a stunning tulip and other garden favorites in lavender, purple, blue, yellow and pink.
A luxury addition to your collection. The scalloped saucer is trimmed in the gilt, as is the handle of the cup, there are beautiful fleur-de-lis elements in the trim design. Marked with the Aynsley backstamp. Please realize that although this is in very good vintage condition, it is not new and may display soft signs of use, handling and cleaning.
