Exquisite Antique French Holy Water Font Benitier with Our Lady of Lourdes – one of the nicest we have ever seen. Made in the early 1900’s, a souvenir from Notre Dame de Lourdes, the cathedral of the famous pilgrim site where Bernadette had a vision of the Holy Virgin Mary.
This large wall holy water font features a stunning silvered Madonna with gilt details, surrounded by a French bow frame. The silver plaque is marked Souvenir de N.D. de Lourdes. The original crystal glass water font is attached. Such a beauty, found in France, this was used and loved in a home chapel for devotion, now a stunning part of your religious collection.
