Gorgeous heavy weight Antique French Hand Woven Linen Grain Sack, of the most delicious oatmeal color, it was hand embroidered with a decorative large cross stitch with the initials ” K I ” in red. Rare to find an old old collectable sack like this in this wonderful color and condition, hand sewn seams and hems, the natural oatmeal color and nubby texture of the most wonderful homespun linen – soft, densely woven and heavy. What I love most about this one is the careful mends done over the last century, pls. only purchase this if you adore that. This was made in the late 1800’s.
