Antique 19th Century Sampler ABC

Antique 19th Century Sampler, all ABC’s, made by a school girl in the 1800’s. Undated, this fine school girl sampler, from a collection, was stitched on a hand woven homespun linen with black floss. The sampler is backed by linen.

So charming, this sampler in a wood frame has four different style ABC’s. Papered over the back of the frame.  A beautiful sampler, with all the stories and charm of centuries past.
