Stunning Antique 19th Century French Carved Wood Wall Cross with a heavy Bronzed Christ. The ebonized wood cross is wonderfully decorative. The corpus of Christ is beautiful, with lots of fine detailing. The cross retains its original hanger on the back.
From an estate home in France, displayed with pride for generations over the mantel in the morning room. In good condition commensurate with its age, one of the wood carvings was repaired long ago by the family. A fine addition to your religious collection.
