19th Century English Flow Blue Platter made by Burgess & Leigh, Middleport. This beautiful deep cobalt blue and white platter features the “Nonpareil” design depicting English country scenery, accented with grand castles, three women, and a  stunning lake. Deep blue colors make this one lovely.

Marked on the back dates the platter to the years of production between 1889 and 1919. In very good condition, a glaze pop {present on early pieces of transfer tissue printed pottery like this} on the rim as shown. A wonderful addition to your collection of blue and white.
