Summer Edit
We're so grateful that things are opening up and we can once again share our beautiful world together with the people we love. I know that I for one am going to be grateful and live life to the fullest joy possible this summer! You too? While we can once again explore our world, we still need to cherish and love our homes. I'm sharing our FrenchGardenHouse Summer Edit, so that you can experience all the joys of summer at home. Summer Edit

SOOTHING OCEAN BLUES.

Find inspiration in the soothing sea. Reminiscent of vacations on far away shores and the healing influence of the sea, I know you will love the calming palette of blue and white at home. In our own living room at FrenchGardenHouse, I layer blues on our sofa to complement the blue flowers or plants on our round table. An antique light blue ironstone platter filled with shells is the perfect back drop for our summery smelling L'Ocean Candle. Summer Edit

PAMPER YOUR SPIRIT.

After the last year, it's okay {necessary, even!} to pamper yourself a little. Now that we are unfurling our wings and flitting through the world like butterflies finally released from our cocoon, a little splurge on YOU is in order. This summer, choose something you love, something that makes you feel beautiful and as special as you are. A new pair of earrings can do wonders, as does a beautiful cashmere wrap for those chilly summer evenings. We're out there getting dressed pretty again! Go..get out there and pop on something pretty, add accessories, and enjoy your beautiful summer !

BRING IN NATURE.

Add a burst of Summer to your rooms with our Les Belles Fleurs designer faux florals. While fresh flower are abundant, be sure to have at least one bunch in your home to bring sunshine and all the pleasures of nature to your home! For other areas, a little faux floral goes a long way in providing a sense of well being. Our summer favorites? Preserved boxwood topiaries, provencal table top olive trees, and little brightly painted clay pots filled with white and blue hydrangeas! Summer Edit This Belle Blue Flower Arrangement brings classic charm to your home. Arranged perfectly in a painted white terra pot, an assortment of blue and white hydrangeas will remind you of sunny days in the country, with the scent of flowers in the air. How to Care for Faux Flowers Reminiscent of your stay in one of France’s most beautiful villages in the South of Luberon, this faux Topiary features an olive tree planted in a greyed metal pot. While this topiary won't surround you with the taste, fruity flavors and delicate smells of the olive groves, it will add the memory of the French countryside to your home. faux topiary

STYLE YOUR HOME WITH LIGHT BRIGHT COLORS.

Summer is THE time to use the light, bright colors you love! Hues of blues and greens give your eyes a cool place to rest. Display your most summery antique ironstone platters in the kitchen as a back drop for your antique French enamelware collection. Layer towels in a French wire basket, seeing your collections out will make you smile each time you enter the kitchen. If it's too hot to cook? Order in or whip up one of your famous salads. At least your French cuisine will LOOK like its working hard and beautifully, at that! summer enamelware summer edit

SET AN AL FRESCO TABLE WITH A VINTAGE VIBE.

Be inspired by summers of the past by setting your outdoor tables with a mix of new and old. Think French countryside style, with colorful tablecloths, vintage or antique dishes and silver, enameled pieces and fund accents. Our summer edit makes it easy to find a few things to add to the mix chez vous. We're remembering summers past and tables we set, meals we shared, and laughter ringing around our outdoor tables. Create your own charming settings with an "inherited" feeling, made up of pieces that look like they were passed down in your family. Not just about inherited things, you can get the look with new too. Summer is here, and the living is easy! The Promise of spring
