Lidy, this salad sounds delish. This time of year I really look forward to salads. Love the hash brown recipe you posted too! Spring seems to have finally settled in here this week! Envy you eating outside already!

I do love roasting things, but I’ve never tried grapes before. Tomorrow, I promise. Not many fresh greens around here yet but perhaps I can find a wilted lettuce or something. Oh spring, please start springing….

Looks delicious! I’ve never tried roasting grapes, but have done roasted plum tomatoes (halved), they are wonderful! I’m looking forward to trying the roasted grapes & salad. The suggestion of shrimp, sounds great, too!

Lidy,
This salad sounds delicious. I’m a salad lover and always looking for something new and different. I have never roasted grapes before, so I can’t wait to try this out. We are having a very small crowd this Easter, so I think I will add it to my dinner menu. Thank you for sharing the recipe.
Wishing for you and yours a blessed Easter!

Bonnie, this is so easy, and this is a spectacular salad that never ceases to garner the question for the recipe! Hope you love it!

Ginger, if you lightly tap your screen, a little pin button will appear on each photo! Then you can pin, share to Facebook or other things.
