PROVENCAL LINENS FOR SUMMER

Summer may not officially have started yet,

but here at FrenchGardenHouse our summer entertaining season has begun.

Entertaining outdoors is easy, carefree

and should be beautiful!

On our last buying trip, one of the things I was searching for

were new, traditional Provencal French linens that are actually made in France.

I'm excited about the gorgeous line of traditional French linens

I found for all of us - made by a family mill in Nice, France.

You love French Country colors and the ease of washable cotton tablecloths.

These provencal cotton tablecloths are just right

for summer, but really any time of year.

I can't choose a favorite, this one with the citrus design is

such a fresh look for summer.

Named after the town of Menton in France, where they have a citrus festival each summer.

Blue and white is a perennial favorite too.

{Bentley likes this one!}

Golden Yellow with Blue and flowers - takes you right into the flower fields of Provence.

These are heavier jacquard woven table throws,

thick enough to use as a throw on your bed, or to snuggle under on a starlit evening.

There are a few more designs that I just couldn't leave out

of this summer collection.

Visit our FrenchGardenHouse shop to see all of our gorgeous linens

that are the perfect addition to any dinner party.

You can SHOP THE SUMMER COLLECTION HERE >

While I was primarily looking for tablecloths,

I gathered up a selection of French drying towels too.

You can never have too many of those, non?

SHOP THE TOWELS HERE >

Shop like the French do.

It’s okay if everyone thinks you picked up these linens

in a shop in Cote d'Azur. I won’t tell.

Shop for the best in French Antiques, furniture with the patina of age, vintage accessories to delight you and your family & friends, and French Country utilitarian pieces. Treasures that make your home fresh, beautiful, inspirational and uniquely yours. Visit our shop FrenchGardenHouse.com.

Hi Lidy, I saw the Avignon Lavender throw and waited too long to order. I’m wondering if there is any chance you will have this is stock again as I would like to have one.
Thank You,
Cassandra

Sandra, you are so sweet. I think Bentley should have a scarf that matches the linens too…but silly him, he’s not at all interested in being fashionable and wiggles around and tries to remove any kind of “decoration” around his neck!

Lidy, the linens are lovely. And, I try and try to pull Bentley through my screen and he will not fit. I love him, and I think he should have a scarf that matches the linens.

Those are all so beautiful. I am more lowcountry and coastal, but that doesn’t mean any of those wouldn’t mix with my style. What a lovely addition to my linens these would make!

Cindy, it IS fun!! Sometimes a little crazy and tiring, but always a joy to find pieces of history, and to re-connect with friends {dealers} who love them. Wishing you a beautiful day!
