Luxury Rose Serum from Versailles
Bonjour! This is a blog post about a product that has just arrived from France that I absolutely love. Discover this French luxury rose serum from Versailles with lush fragrant rose oils to give skin a bright new glow and replenishing hydration. Since Valentine's Day is just around the corner, this might be a great gift idea! Luxury Rose Serum from Versailles I want to note that I've had easy skin all my life. Not many problems growing up, no teenage trauma's, just pretty much a wonderful complexion. Now? It has taken me a LONG time to figure out how to work with my "older" skin, it's been the bane of my existence for a few years already. {Dry, prone to rashes and breakouts from many facial moisturizers I've tried. Why didn't someone warn me this can be the little "gift" that keeps on giving from menopause?!} pink roses at Versailles There's been some drama around here in the mornings when I faced the mirror at my French vanity! I've bought and tried many expensive moisturizers, but to no avail. I've come to grips with my new complexion, and have tried to find products that will work that don't cause a flare-up. I want you to know that what works for me may not work for you, but...this luxury facial serum made by Nina's Paris with roses from the Versailles garden is my total favorite. After a client bought this serum at the Nina's Paris tea salon and couldn't find it here in the states, she asked if I could possibly obtain it since we sell the Nina's Paris teas at FrenchGardenHouse. Intrigued, I called my French contact at Nina's in France and she sent it right over, after extolling its virtues! {Thank you Deanna, I'll be forever grateful!} Marie Antoinette Rose You may have read the post about Nina's Salon de Thé in Paris { I'll link to it at the end of this post} and know the story of Nina’s in Paris began in 1672 when Pierre Diaz created La Distillerie Fréres. He was the first perfumer specializing in distilling natural essential oils. Mr. Diaz was known as the “Magicien des Arômes” {the wizard of aromas} and he soon became very popular for his skill of creating wonderful blended fragrances. He excelled at distilling rose essences and oils that were particularly appreciated by Queen Marie-Antoinette, who oversaw the purchase of his products herself. PArisian pink roses Nina's has rights for using roses from Versailles in their products, both in their tea as well as the few beauty products they offer. They perpetuate the unique heritage of the Royal Rose of Queen Marie-Antoinette. The all natural ingredients are: Vitis Vinifera, a natural grape seed oil that has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, cell membrane-protective, ideal for anti-aging skin care. Coco-Caprylate, a vegetable ingredient obtained from coconut. Benefits: presents a high level of biocompatibility with skin and therefore has the ability to penetrate deep and help skin to repair itself. It acts as an emollient and provides skin with incredible softness. Rose Parfum from rose oil. Tocopheryl acetate: the stable form of Vitamin E most often used for its skin care benefits. Vitamin E protects cell membranes from damage by oxygen free radicals. It can prevent premature aging of the skin induced by UV irradiation. Rosa Damescena Flower Oil {from Versailles roses} often used for treating broken capillaries and scarring to help skin tone appear more even. Citronellol and Geraniol, both naturally occurring parts of rose oil. Luxury Rose Serum from Versailles I'm excited to be able to offer this sérum visage to you. And I'm pretty excited about using it myself! Lush, fragrant rose oils give skin a bright new glow while gently preserving its youth and replenishing hydration. It smells divine, like soft roses. Every time I put it on I have a little "moment" of beauty. My mom loved roses so that makes this special to me too....putting this on my face and neck in the morning reminds me of her perfume. Ps. For Valentine's, I've added a few wonderful new things to the Gift Collection - take a peek.

It’s not for the faint of heart, or as my Mom used to say “for ninnies”, Cheryl! Luckily it has many, many benefits! xo

This sounds amazing, Lidy! I surely understand what you mean about skin changing with age. This growing older sure isn’t for the faint of heart! Lol!
