Get wrapped up in the Christmas spirit this year with a scented candle to transport you to a warm, winter home. I am thrilled to introduce our new FrenchGardenHouse Luxury Candle Line. Made in collaboration with Seda France, the scents are a lovely way to celebrate the holidays! A perfect gift for your favorite host or hostess, or for YOU! I'm also sharing my BEST CANDLE TIPS.
Hand poured into a decorative glass container, an elegant object to display in your gracious interior. Impeccably blended with a high dose of French charm, carefully crafted to provide you many special moments. The Parisian Holiday Candle is perfumed with the fresh scent of fir needles and fir balsam, rich cedar wood and grapefruit. The fragrance flourishes into holiday orange, eucalyptus and bergamot. Parisian Holiday recalls fresh snow and the warmth of a house filled with family and friends, who doesn't love that?! Currant Verte evokes the magic of hillside orchards or country gardens in Provence. Perfumed with a fresh scent of French currant berries, apple, and succulent notes of pear, the fragrance flourished into grapefruit and bergamot. A contemporary twist on a favorite of mine for years, I use this during the holiday months, but also spring, it's fresh green scent is a delight to the senses. Recall glorious days spent in the French countryside with family and friends. Each candle has a burn time: 40 hours. {We have a few exciting scents planned for 2016, each reflecting your love of France and the French lifestyle.} Candle Burning TIPS: By burning your candles correctly, you will enjoy a safe and beautiful burning experience, and extend the life of your candles. 1. Burn Your Candle for 2-3 Hours the First Time. When you light your candle for the first time, remember that candles have a "memory", burn your candle for 2-3 hours the first time, or until there is a full melt pool {wax is melted all the way across the top of your candle}, this will increase the scent throw of your candle. If the candle isn't given a proper "first memory" burn, it will cause your candle to burn in a tunnel in the center, and you will not get the full scent throw. 2. Be Careful. Safety first. Never burn your candles longer than 3 hours at a time, allowing the wax to cool down completely before relighting. 3. Center the Wick. Make sure your wick is centered each time you extinguish your candle. You can gently reposition the wick to the center while the wax is still soft, but not hot. 4. Trim the Wick. Keep your wick trimmed to about 1/4" long for optimal burning. That's it! These tips will give your candles a longer life for you to enjoy!
