Christmas began in the
heart of God.

I’m so sorry to hear about your mother-in-law. Prayers for a peaceful holiday season. On a side note, I made your salted caramel dip to take to our family Christmas gathering. Oh my goodness! Several desserts went untouched but that dip was devoured. It was delicious!

Lidy, the gorgeous forest arrangement arrived last night. It truly is gorgeous and so fresh. It brings back sweet memories of walks in the woods to find greens to cut for Christmas back home in North Carolina. Thank you from the bottom of my heart??

And the children are singing in your beautiful bedroom!!! The wreath and garland are such a beautiful and festive addition to your exquisite French bedroom…I so love the renovations that you have made. You have inspired me to do something similar to what you have done in your bedroom, in my future one..stay tuned :)
This girl is ever so happy to be joining my MMB friends today. I wish you and your family a most joyous Christmas and maybe there may be a “little Joyful one” that will arrive before Christmas! :) Talk about children singing…..

Oh Lidy, if that were my bedroom, I’m afraid I’d never leave! Your fireplace and mantel look so holiday festive with that beautiful garland and twinkling wreath. I love the clever addition of white blooms and dried eucalyptus, perfect little touches! I am so sorry about your loss, I hope your memories of past Christmases will fill your hearts this season…

Lidy, my condolences to your family for the loss of your mother-in-law. It’s such a tender season, and losing a family member seems to open the floodgates of sweet memories past. Your bedroom decor adds a soothing touch. I love how you added the magnolia and anemone blooms, along with the eucalyptus, to the wreath and garland.
Merry Christmas to you and yours.

Your Christmas decor is so beautiful! I love the gold touches, and that little ‘kerststalletje’! So sweet! Your chairs are so gorgeous! Also the beautiful vase you filled. Beautiful! What a great atmosphere in your bedroom. I hope you will have a warm loving and blessed Christmas! Hugs and blessings from the Netherlands!

Christmas truly is a gift from our Heavenly Father that is not just for a season but is a gift from Him for a lifetime.
Your bedroom is very cozy . I imagine you sitting by the fireplace with a cup of tea and a good book in hand.
I’m sad to know your mother-in-law passed at this time of year. Give my condolence to your husband also.

Lidy, Your bedroom is beautifully appointed and so cozy with your Christmas touches and blazing fire in the hearth. I love how your gold accents ‘quietly pop’ and provide a little elegant glamour with your neutral décor. “It reminds me that Christmas isn’t about perfection. It’s not about being busy, too busy to enjoy blessings of home, hearth, family and friends.” -> Perfectly stated! Thinking of you and your family after your MIL’s passing. <3
