Beautiful Sheffield Silver Plate Sugar Tongs, in a large or small size. These sugar tongs have a very simple Art Deco design. Stamped on the inside with the makers marks.
Use these for your tea table, the smaller size is called a “tete-a-tete” size, special Tete-a-tete tea and coffee sets were produced in the early 1900’s to use for two people. The smallest tongs or nips were of a diminutive scale to accommodate the small sugar bowls for these little sets. Warm original finish, sold as a set of two.
