French White Pillivuyt Soup Tureen with Lion’s Heads, made in France. Pillivuyt has been making fine porcelain tableware since 1818. This beautiful iconic large soup tureen features very well modeled lion’s heads, many of the newer versions do not have as much detailing as these do. The quality and craftsmanship of this tureen means it will last for generations.
Pillivuyt porcelain lions head tureens are made by hand, and have and have a perfectly smooth inside wall. The tureens are known for their exceptional quality, and durability. Large size, holds a little more than 2 quarts of your world famous and most delicious soups. Here at home I also use mine to serve salads, and to ‘plant up’ with orchids!
