Antique French Pillivuyt Mehun Pots de Creme, a set of four, these were made by Pillivuyt, Mehun sur Yevre, France in.  Pillivuyt began in 1818, but the Mehun factory started producing porcelains in 1854. The company’s reputation for exceptional quality grew quickly and Pillivuyt became the choice of many royal households. These date to 1920.

These little pots were made for ‘pot de creme’ that delightful rich chocolate decadent treat they serve in many restaurants in France.
