Antique Sterling Silver English Match Safe Pendant

Antique Sterling Silver English Match Safe Pendant or vesta, with a beautiful engraved scrolling design on both sides. The design features a circular area that is engraved with a monogram of W J H. The top of this vesta has a silver ring, making this perfect to wear on a sterling chain as an unusual necklace. 

Made in Birmingham, England in 1889. Opens and closes well, was used and loved by the owner. Marked sterling on the inside rim. What a delight for your sterling collection, or to gift to a special friend.
