Slightly risque, but so charming, this Antique Porcelain Bathing Beauty or Nude Figure is from the early 1900’s. These art deco nudes were so beloved as decorative art in the early twentieth century, until about the late 1930s.
She has hand painted features, a black cap and slipper, and lavender stockings. It’s more rare to find these little flapper ladies wearing painted on stockings. A little sassy, she is unmarked. A wonderful addition to your collection of German porcelain figures.
