This fabulous Antique Hand Painted Tole Tray is a stunning addition to your collection. The center features a well painted garden floral design with a huge pink rose or peony surrounded by blue forget-me-nots, delicate white lily-of-the-valley, daisies and other country garden flowers, so pretty. It’s getting rare to find the older toleware decorative pieces in this condition, without chipping and scratching on the center design.
Stenciled gilt French scrolls dance around the 1-1/2″ wide rim. The tray was signed by the artist, C Feurer. There is the expected aging, with shinier and matter spots, but oh! what an exquisite addition to your collection to display with joy in your French country home.
