Bought in France, this very charming Large French Wicker Clad Blown Glass Carboy is still encased in the original hand woven reed casing meant to protect it. The covering helped protect the glass bottles from banging together and breaking during transport, and it also insulated the bottles {usually with wine} from temperature changes.
Quite large, this has the original two handles, one has lost its wooden covering but is still there. A decorative accent that interior designers ador, this one has a dark Green bottle inside. These bottles lend such a charm and textural interest to your décor.
