Often presented as wedding gifts, boards like this were present in many Victorian kitchens. This board has plenty of wear, patina and stories. It has the company name and BREAD carved around the rim, and an inset rounded edge crumb catcher. The knife was made by John Hall, Cutler, in the mid 1800’s.
