This substantial pot was designed for professional hotel service, yet translates beautifully to domestic use — imagine a tray of fresh croissants and morning coffee on a sunlit breakfast table. The company began producing hotel silverware in collaboration with Nakazato, Japan, for the Hilton Hotel chain in the mid-20th century. The underside is stamped with the hotel inventory code 6-C-130 along with the manufacturer Nakazato, Japan. These marks tie the piece directly to the Beverly Hilton’s mid-century dining program.
