This exquisite piece features a heavily ornamented silver plated body, richly decorated with scrolling repousse details and resting on an elaborate raised base with scrolled feet. The lid is ornamented with a beautifully sculpted shell finial, a charming maritime motif traditionally associated with sardine service.

Inside, the server retains it's original cut crystal liner, a rare and desirable feature that elevates both its value and elegance. The crystal is finely faceted, reflecting the light, a gracefully swing handle complements the design.
