Beautiful Antique French Blue Opaline Saleron, such a delight for your table and collection. The color is a stunning ocean aqua blue, each side is meant to serve either salt or pepper. The handle is reminiscent of a fleur de lis, it makes it easy to pass this salt and pepper holder to other guests at your table.
Incredibly rare to find in this color, there are straw-marks on the outside of the well bottom from where the glass was placed in containers with straw to cool after firing. Wonderful, I almost never find these!
