Beautiful Scraps, or diecuts, of a Victorian Father Christmas made by well known scrap relief manufacturer Paul B. Zoecke Company of Berlin, which was founded in 1896, these date to the early 1930's. Each stunning Santa Claus, Pere Noel or Father Christmas was printed so expertly, colorful and vibrant. Finely embossed, they carry Christmas Trees, and plenty of gifts! The assortment of toys, including dolls and little dogs, planes, cars, balls and more fill their sacks with colorfully wrapped gifts, fruits which were a rare and expensive luxury in the late 1800's!

Printed on medium weight paper with a satin finish, these are old unused stock I was thrilled to find on our latest buying trip. Perfect to frame, to make holiday ornaments with, to embellish gifts for the holidays, an exciting decorative find! Marked PBZ. Each Santa measures 4-1/2" x 1-5/8". Sold per sheet, 4 Santas as shown.
