Exquisite Antique Hand Painted Mt. Washington, Wavecrest Satin Glass Biscuit Barrel or Cracker Jar, made in the late 1800’s. This has a lovely shape, the glass fades from softest palest light pink to pristine white. Made by Mount Washington Glass Works. The stunning Victorian floral sprays were first transfer printed, then painted in by hand in pink, light blue, and greens, then hand enameled with white details. Mounted in a silver plated frame, and topped with a plated lid with ornate handle, made by renowned Van Bergh Co.
