Gorgeous Antique French Sterling Silver Fish Knife, made by Henri Lapeyre, 49 rue Meslay in Paris, France. His maker’s mark registered from November 19, 1895 to March 30, 1923. He was the son-law and successor of master silver-smith Pierre Gavard.

This is a beautiful addition to your collection of antique silver, the design features a cut out design that is classic and mixes so beautifully with any other sterling flatware design.  I use these not just for fish, but also to serve with creamier cheeses and spreads on our seasonal cheese boards. Marked with the Minerva, 1st titre for 950/1000 which is the highest standard of silver. Sold per piece.
