Antique French Country Kitchen Herb Chopper with an upright wooden handle attached to a crescent shaped steel blade with a wraparound riveted metal strip. Lots of Provencal charm and patina, still sharp. A wonderful useful culinary antique to use and/or display. Not just for herbs, I use one like this for adding a storied touch to cheese boards here at home.
