Antique Framed Chromolithograph Print The Rose, a stunning print that has glorious pink and yellow roses in the style of Catherine Klein. This one isn’t signed, so not sure who created this beauty, but it’s a stunner. Framed behind glass in the original gilt frame, with all the wear and patina we love.
The frame has areas of wear, patina and bits of the gesso and gilding missing here and there. On the back, the falling apart wood board {those damage the prints} was replaced with a paper backing to protect the print. A lovely addition to your collection of 19th century flower prints.
