Please browse through our site by clicking on the categories that interest you. When you find an item you like, click on the "order" button, this will take you to our check out page. If you would like to continue shopping, click on the CONTINUE SHOPPING button. {You can click on the shopping basket icon at the top of the screen at any time to review the items you have chosen and edit them to your liking once you are back on the site.} Please double check that the quantity is the right amount, and then click on the "Go to Payments" button located at the bottom of your shopping bag contents. This is where you will be able to fill in your name, address and other personal information and finish checking out!
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa®, MasterCard®, Visa® & MasterCard® Debit Cards, Discover®, American Express®, and PayPal. We also accept money orders and personal checks, these will have to clear before we ship your order, please use our contact form or call us if you wish to send a check.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & SHIPPING
After placing your order, you will receive two e-mails from us, one when we receive your order and one when your order is shipped with your UPS tracking number. Most orders are shipped within one to two days, and take between 3-7 days to reach you, depending on the size of your parcel, delivery method and where you live. International orders generally take between 2-6 weeks, depending on your country's customs dept.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
We do offer FrenchGardenHouse gift certificates in any dollar amount. They can be sent via email or postal service, they do not expire.
To redeem a FrenchGardenHouse gift certificate, select an item and begin the ordering process. At the check out screen, simply enter your Gift Voucher Code at this time in the box. If your purchase is over the amount on your gift certificate, you will be able to select another method of payment after the gift code has been entered. If there is a balance left on your gift certificate, it will remain in your account to be applied to your next purchase.
Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable e-mail address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser; likewise, delivery to a non-existent e-mail address is also the sole responsibility of the purchaser. {Please double check e-mail addresses you wish to send gift certificates to!} We will do our best to process these orders within 24 hours.
