Exquisitely charming, this hugely decorative Antique English Dog Portrait Painting is painted on a tin plate. I fell in love with this rascal the minute I saw him, he's holding a walking cane and looks so dapper! Signed in the right corner, he most likely dates to the early 1900's. Painted background is a metallic gold.
