Rare to find Tea for One Set, made by Bernardaud & Co., Limoges, France, in the late 1800's. This petit set is a collectible delight, a gorgeous Victorian heirloom, painted with great care by an American porcelain artist. Each piece has been painted with precious Blue Forget-me-not flowers with green foliage on the wonderful soft Cream background. Finished in gold gilt on the handles and top rim. A true showstopper for the connoisseur, collector of fine antique Tea Pots or admirers of Limoges.
This set is for true romantics, a luxury addition to your collection, to use and treasure and pass down to the next generation. A completely original one-of-a-kind elegant way to present a guest a spot of tea in grand style. In good antique condition, the handle of the creamer has been repaired long ago, reflected in the price. This is such an unusual set that I just couldn't resist, but please only purchase this if you can live with antiques that have the grace of time.
