19th Century Legras Mont Joye Enameled Glass Vase, a jeweled colored vase with graceful enameled flowers. Flowing naturalistic lines reflecting the Art Nouveau era, this is a beauty. The glass is satin green to clear, the shape and motif very elegant.
I was told this is Mont Joye glass, produced at the turn of the century by François-Théodore Legras, although this piece is not signed. It is a stunning work of glass art, the flowers are bright and lovely. In good antique condition, the very top rim has some roughness as shown, and an inside flake. A rare find!
