The antique grain sack material used in this Hemp Runner was organically grown on family farms, then harvested, processed and spun by hand in the 1800's. Handmade and sewn by European village women, this runner is perfect for your French home and garden.
The natural quality of this product will show some variation between each piece, as is to be expected of 19th century textiles used for over 100 years there will be some wear and areas of small bleeding, giving each piece the country patina we adore. The Caramel color is faded, it's rare to find this color, so I was thrilled to find these, they are such a great option for both modern and more traditional French settings.
