Incredible Antique French Natural Organic Hand Woven Hemp Linen Sheet, dates to the late 1700's - early 1800's. Rare to find, this is a heavyweight, very densely woven sheet with a wonderful texture, in a pale warm ecru. This has a hand stitched center seam where the two hand woven linen panels were seamed together to make the one larger piece.
It's beautiful to use in upholstery and pillows with the seams highlighted, this is heavy fabric, it weighs 5 pounds. There is a madder red hand stitched monogram on one panel of R B.
